Our story didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at a front desk.


When our co-founder, Endrit, was visiting his home country of Kosovo, he caught up with a friend. But his friend was frustrated. He spoke of the sinking feeling of a constantly ringing phone—knowing that every missed call was lost revenue.


At first, we were simply excited to solve a technical challenge for a friend. But before building anything, we spoke to over 50 people in the hospitality industry.


And everything changed.


Falling in Love with Hospitality


From front desk managers to hotel group executives, we were met with an immense kindness and natural warmth we hadn't expected. We saw General Managers personally answering phones so their colleagues could grab a quick break. We saw them jumping in to carry mattresses. We were invited on tours and shown their operations with genuine pride.


This feeling of true hospitality made us feel at home. We didn't just find a problem to solve; we fell in love with an industry.


Our Guiding Belief


That's when we saw the great irony of modern hospitality. The industry is built on human connection, yet we saw technology constantly getting in the way.


We saw receptionists scribbling notes on paper because typing into clunky software was too slow with a guest waiting. We saw friction between systems dragging down operations. We saw outdated phone systems that made handling calls a nightmare.


We believe technology should be invisible. It should work in the background to empower the human experience, not replace it. It should prevent burnout, not cause it.


From Mission to Reality


This became our mission. We decided to bring our 20+ years of experience building some of the world's biggest enterprise AI platforms to solve this challenge the right way.


We started with an elegant solution for that first hotel—an AI assistant that never misses a call, but more importantly, frees up staff to focus on the guests right in front of them. The impact was immediate.


Within weeks, we were launching pilots with leading groups like Great2Stay. After just four weeks of collaboration, they were so thrilled with the results that they rolled our solution out to eight of their hotels.


Today, we’re supported by an advisory network of hospitality veterans who share our passion. We are not just another tech company. We are a hospitality company, first and foremost, obsessed with creating technology that serves people.
